Congratulations to Jones High School Senior, Tyler Abbott. He was selected as one of the 100 students from across the state to be in the 2018 Academic All-State Class. Academic All-State is one of the most challenging Scholastic Competitions, with extraordinarily high and multifaceted criteria. Only the very best students qualify to be nominated. Due ro weather Regional Basketball games scheduled for today will be played tomorrow. Friday schedule pushed to Saturday and Saturday’s schedule will be played Monday. Jones will play at St. Mary’s at 3:30 and 5 on Friday, February 23
Due to weather Jones Public Schools closed Thursday, Feb. 22. County Livestock Show scheduled for Feb 22 has changed to Feb 25 at 2pm
Based on current weather information, the OSSAA has delayed start time of basketball playoff games on February 22. Jones will play at St. Mary’s. Girls will play at 3:30 and Boys will play at 5. Will update if there any further changes.

Prom is March 24th 2018 at River Oaks Golf Club. Juniors, guest/sophomore guest will be $40. Seniors get their ticket for free. Prices will go up March 19th to $45 dollars. The LAST day to purchase tickets will be March 23rd 2018. YOU will NOT be able to purchase tickets the day of prom. Any questions you can ask Mrs. Davenport.
