Jones Public Schools would like to thank Oklahoma County District 1 Commissioner, Carrie Blumert for coming out and visiting with our two young students going through the process to be nominated to the AIr Force Academy and West Point. They had discussions about the rigorous process to get in to these Universities, why they chose to put themselves through this process and what they plan to do with this education. Our hope is since they both want to be in aviation field is that they return to Oklahoma after their military service and become part of the Aviation field right here in Eastern Oklahoma County. Again, Thank you, District 1 County Commissioner, Carrie Blumert.
